My name is Molly. From personal experience, I know that finding the right home can be as immediate as love at first sight. We found ours on the top floor of a 14th century palazzo in Arezzo — a medieval city just one hour from Florence. But turning that feeling into ownership was a far more complex undertaking, taking a small army of professionals.
The journey was exciting, illuminating, and deeply rewarding. It was also nerve-wracking and challenging — especially as we were in the United States for much of the process. We were fortunate to have a few key people we trusted completely for when we couldn't be present.
Chief among those key people were Marco Bozzi and Giuliana Calbi of Invest-Italia. They operate a highly regarded agency based in the historic center of Arezzo. With over 30 years of experience in the local market, they are known for their integrity, deep market knowledge, and unwavering commitment to their clients.
